ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

These are constructed of 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel, the hooks are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel, both are finished to a #4 satin brushed finish.  The strip is 4" high by length and projects out 1/2".  The hooks are 1" wide by 6-11/16" high and project out 2-1/8", and have radiused ends to prevent injury. All stalls doors come with a standard chrome plated door kit which includes wrap hinges, keeper and latching. Stainless steel hardware is available. The door widths start out at 23"-36" available. All doors are 1/4" narrower than door size for gapping and are 58" tall. All sizes are for the opening you have. A 36" door is for a 36" opening. Note we now offer Square Edge wrap hinges which are not very common, most have a slight round edge.
