Detex EAX-500W Weatherized Door Exit Alarm

The Detex EAX-500W Series is designed for applications requiring a battery-powered alarm on secured doors. The alarm, with approximately 100dB, will sound when an unauthorized exit occurs. The redesigned shape and smaller size of the EAX-500W makes it the ideal choice for quick and easy installations on emergency exit and restricted doors.  The Weatherized version of the EAX-500 is designed for out swinging doors that may get wet, or damp environments.

Replacement Clarin Rubber Foot for your Clarin Chair Tips. Rubber size is 2" x 3/4" x 9/16" and the prongs are 1 1/4" apart.

The Detex ECL-230X Panic Device is a single point deadbolt device. One size fits 36 to 48 inch doors. The dead bolt has a 1 inch throw and is saw resistant. Locking and unlocking dead bolt always arms and disarms alarm.  The alarm is 100 decibels and is powered by a 9 volt battery. Email for more information.

Wood Door Constant Latching Flush Bolt FB61P

The Ives FB61P is used on the inactive leaf of wood fire doors.   The latch remains extend until the active door is opened.   When the active door is opened the latches retract, and extend when the active door is closed.  The bodies measure 1” wide by 8-1/2” tall and 2” deep.  The bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, and has a 3/4” backset.   This package comes with the top and bottom flush bolts with screws and strikes.

The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. The engagement area into the strike is over 1 1/4" (32mm) square inches. The cast aluminum latch case protects the internal mechanism and resists tampering or vandalism from inside the door. The hinge leafs are angle cut so your door will close with the camming action. The hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, and 57" long. Screws are spaced 11" apart and the holes are 9/32" diameter and has 6 sets of holes. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.
