The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. Truth Window Operator Surface Mount 11"

This Truth Surface Mounted Window Operator is usually used on commercial aluminum windows. It features an 11" long arm, measured from the center of the housing to the center of the metal roller. The outside mounting screw holes are 4-3/4" a part and the inter screws are 3-7/8" on center.
