Wood Door Constant Latching Flush Bolt FB61P

The Ives FB61P is used on the inactive leaf of wood fire doors.   The latch remains extend until the active door is opened.   When the active door is opened the latches retract, and extend when the active door is closed.  The bodies measure 1” wide by 8-1/2” tall and 2” deep.  The bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, and has a 3/4” backset.   This package comes with the top and bottom flush bolts with screws and strikes.

Ives Part # FB61P

Aluminum Bleacher Clips 2-3/8" includes nut and bolt. The grooves are 2" on centers with an overall size 2-3/8" x 1-3/16". The bolt is a 5/16-18 x 1-7/16". The Clip ties the plank into the frame of the bleachers.

The 460 ADA Flush Pull measures 5 inches by 5 inches  and is made of 1/8 inch material.  The opening size is 3-1/2 inches by 3 inches. The pull is fastened to the door with 10-24 by 5/8 inch security torx with barrel nuts.  The pull is designed for 1-3/4 thick doors, please specify if your door is thicker than 1-3/4 inches.  Available in Brushed and Polished Stainless Steel and also Powder Coated Flat Black and Dark Bronze.

The Foot Operated Door Pull is a low cost solution to keep your hands off of high traffic handles. It is constructed of cast aluminum, and measures 4" wide by 1-7/32" high with a 2-3/8" projection. The package includes fasteners, door decal and installation tool.

Finishes

The 459 Flush Door Pull measures 3-3/8 x 4-3/4 x 1/8 inch.  The opening size is 1-3/4 by 3-1/2 inches.  The mortised pocket would need to be 3-3/4 by 2-13/16 and 11/16 deep. The flush pull ships with mounting screws in the matching finish.

Cast stainless steel construction. Latch base is 4" high with 2-3/4" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/4" long by 3/4" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 3/8" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. The 591 manual flush bolt is for wood doors and is UL listed. It is constructed of solid brass. The face plate is 1 x 6-3/4 inches. The mortised body is 6 inches high by 1-3/8 deep by 1 inch thick. The screw spacing is 1/2 by 6-1/4 inches on centers.

ADA Sliding and Barn Door Push/Pull Set. Pull handle is 3/4" round stock with 6" center to centers and 2-1/2 inch clearance.  The flush pull is 4" x 7" x 1-1/8 inch ADA.

Metal Door Automatic Flush Bolts FB31P

Fully automatic-inactive door is latched, bolts are extended when active door closes, door is unlatched, bolts retract when active door is opened. The Ives FB31P Body is 1” wide by 6-3/4” long and 2” deep. Bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” adjustment with a 3/4” backset,  standard rod is 12” which is measured from the center of latch body to the bolt tip.
