The 1010R Rubber Stair Tread features a Rib Design, with grooves all along the fall line.   The round nose is not tapered or adjustable.  The nose is 1/8" thick and tapers to 3/32" at the very back.  The radius of the nose is 3/4". They are designed for interior use.

LCN Door Closer 1250 Rw/PA

This new LCN Door Closer is a direct replacement for the Norton 1600 and Yale 50 Series Door Closers.  It features, a cast aluminum cylinder, 15 year warranty, hole spacing 3/4” x 9-16”, powder coated finishes, and stick on mounting template.  This door closer comes with the ability to mount on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.   The door closer meets Grade 1-ANSI A156.4, UL/cUL, ADA and the Buy American Act certifications.

Comtec Toilet Partitions Aluminum Slide Bolt Latch 3-1/2" Screws

Clear anodized aluminum construction. Base is 4-1/2" tall by 2" wide by 1/8" thick. Latch bolt is 3-1/8" long by 1" wide by 1/4" thick, and has a 1" throw. The latch bolt is 9/16" from the bottom of the base to the under side of the latch bolt. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Aluminum Slide Bolt Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. The GS520S Rubber Stair Tread with grit stripping has a 1/4" nose thickness which tapers down to 1/8" at the back.  The nose drops down 1-9/16", and the nose is not adjustable and is not tapered. You have two choices on the Grit Stripping, the Visual Impaired 1-2" wide or 2-3/4" wide grit tape strips. They are designed for interior use.

The latch bolt measures 3/4" by 3/16" with a 15/32" throw. Also known as a Metpar Bathroom Stall Concealed Latch. Manufacturer part # 4240, 13882. Metpar Toilet Partitions is the only manufacture that we know of that uses this latch.

Casement Window Operator 11" Arm

Die cast housing with steel arm. The hole spacing of the window operator housing is 4-3/4" on the outside screws and 3-7/8" on the inside two screws. The arm is 11" from the roller to the center of the window operator housing. This operator uses a 5/16" spline operator, part #Ro169516.

The Truth-Wright Split Arm Operator is a replacement for the older Wright Operators.  Linkage arm has an overall length of 3-5/8".
