Zamac die cast construction, polished chrome finish. Latch base is 4" high with 2-3/4" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/16" long by 3/4" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. The base mounting hole is 1" from the inside face of the leg face. The bracket projects out 2-1/2", and the holes are at 2-1/8" and 1-1/8" from the mounting face. The brackets are made of a zamac die cast material and polished chrome plated. This bracket is also known as a Two Piece Bracket - Two Holes, Toilet Partition Bracket, or Bathroom Stall Bracket. We sometimes find 20-1624-4001, or 20-1604-4001 stamped on the back of the closer. If your door closer is stamped 20-1603-4001 or 20-1623-4001, you might want to double check the hole spacing. The 20-1603-4001 usually has a hole spacing of 3/4" x 8-3/16", you could use the International Door Closer 853 as a replacement.

We ship the 1601 Norton Door Closer, which is a non size (meaning you can adjust the spring tension), which will work in place of the 1603BC, 1604BC, 1605BC and 1606BC.
