Wood Door Constant Latching Flush Bolt FB61P

The Ives FB61P is used on the inactive leaf of wood fire doors.   The latch remains extend until the active door is opened.   When the active door is opened the latches retract, and extend when the active door is closed.  The bodies measure 1” wide by 8-1/2” tall and 2” deep.  The bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, and has a 3/4” backset.   This package comes with the top and bottom flush bolts with screws and strikes.

Threaded stem metal base glide, thread is 1/4-20, base diameter 1 1/6", and stem length is 1/2". Glide is furnished with nut.  This non swivel leveler stops wobbling on uneven floors.

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. The Dor-O-Matic STK170 are the strikes used on their RM170.  The are sold as a kit and include both plates, enough for one mullion.  They 2-7/8 inches tall by 1-3/4 inches wide and 1 inch thick.

Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.

ADA Sliding and Barn Door Push/Pull Set. Pull handle is 3/4" round stock with 6" center to centers and 2-1/2 inch clearance.  The flush pull is 4" x 7" x 1-1/8 inch ADA.

Jackson 1085 Lever Arms

Replacement Lever Arm for the Jackson 1085 Housings, both sides.  And the Jackson 1095 Inactive (hinge side) Housings.  Handing is determined by standing inside and looking out, if the arm in on the right hand side of the door, it is a right hand lever that you would order.
