Norton / Yale Door Closer Arm Shoe Assembly

Replacement Shoe Assembly for Norton 1600, 9300, 7500 and 8000 series door closers. And Yale 50, 2300, 8000 and 4400 series.
Base measures 11/16" x 2-1/4" with 1-3/4" center to center screw hole mounting. Bracket projects out 15/16". The pin is 3/8" diameter.

LCN Door Closer Parallel Arm Shoe

This is the shoe that LCN uses on some of there door closers for the parallel arm mounted door closers. A parallel arm closer is a door closer that has the arm parallel to the door when the door is closed. This part is also known as the 1260-62PA, 1460-62PA, 4030-62PA, and 4040-62PA. Ships with mounting screws.

LCN Door Closer Rod And Shoe

This piece fits into the female part of all LCN Regular Arms. The old style had two concave set screws and a ball pressed into the rod. If the door over rotated the ball would pull out of the concave set screws. The new version has a pin holding the rod to the shoe which is designed to fail if the door is over rotated. This piece will work on the LCN 1260, 1460, 4010, 4020, 4030 and 4040 door closers with regular arms. Some of the really old models have multiple threaded holes, so you might have to drill a hole in the female tube. Part #'s 4040-79, 4040-79LR and 4040-79ELR. The 1260, 1460, 4010, or 4020 could replace the 4040 in those part numbers, they are the same.

The 7020 is a smooth surface rubber stair tread.   These treads come in Square and Round Nose, this page is for the Round Nose, for Square Nose search 7020. The treads are 1/4" thick at the nose and taper to 3/16" at the rear. For the Grit Stripped version is not available for the round nose treads. They are designed for interior use.

The 920R One-Piece Rubber Stair Tread has a 3/16" thick nose and tapers to 5-16" at the back.  The nose is adjustable and tapered for a perfect fit.  The benefit of a one piece tread is the ease of cleanng, there is not a groove at the back of the step to collect debris. They are designed for interior use.

The 7520R is a smooth surface rubber stair tread.   These treads come in Square and Round Nose, this page is for the Square Nose, for Round Nose search 7520RRD. The treads are 1/8" thick along the entire depth of the treads, and have a nose that drops down 1-9/16".  For the Grit Stripped version you would order the 220 or the 2520.  The 220 comes with two 3/4" grit strips, the 2520 would be the visually impaired version with one 2" wide strip. They are designed for interior use.

Standard 4040 LCN series closer shipped with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. Non-sized cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb, and parallel arm w/PA Shoe on either right or left swinging doors. The 820R is a low profile raised disc design for lighter traffic.  The tread is 3/16" thick at the nose and tapers to 1/8" at the back.  The nose has a 1-9/16" length.  These treads are easily trimed in the field with a straight edge and utility knife. The nose is not adjustable and is not tapered. They are designed for interior use.
