Interlocking 1/2" x 11-7/8” x 11-7/8” recycled PVC tiles with bristle carpet inserts. Brushes off sand, dirt and slush from shoes and cart wheels; open grid drains away water and debris. Modular 11-7/8” x 11-7/8” tiles allow flexibility and the ability to fit the product to any size area. Tiles snap together easily to install and replace. Beveled ramp edges are available for non-recessed applications.

This product is part of our sustainable development program where the tiles can be returned at the end of the lifecycle for a credit toward replacement product. The material is then cleaned, ground, treated for contaminants in an environmentally safe process, and re-formed into new matting. Check with our customer service department for details.

FLUFF-CORD STRIP TILE-CONTINUOUS STRIP

A close-nap carpet-like surface of specially processed rubber-fabric strips made from recycled heavy-duty truck and bus tires; Natural Earthtone Gray Color. Strips are heat bonded to a woven flexible backing. This creates a "dry-back" adhesive back that reacts with our non-flammable adhesive to form a stronger bond to the floor. Install this permanent entry floor mat inside or outside; cord strips act as a wiper where dirt or moisture is a problem; are non-skid, non-absorbing, resist shrinkage, deaden sound. Ideal for heavy wear areas in shopping centers, lobbies, entryways, ramps, airports, etc. Produced in longitudinal rolls 12" wide x 25' long.

Tile must be installed using manufacturer's specific installation instructions and Musson No. TT-390 Non-Flammable Environmentally Safe Adhesive.

775 EPOXY FLOORING ADHESIVE

The only recommended adhesive for use with Disc-O-Tile. May be used with other rubber stair treads, tile and flooring. Because of flame spread properties, other adhesives will not bond Disc-O-Tile to the floor. A two-part solvent-free adhesive; contains 1 can Part A 1 can Part B, and a stirring paddle. Covers approximately 150 square feet per unit. Enviromental Friendly!

DIRT CATCHER TILE DC225

A heavy-duty tile packed with 60 ounces of 100% solution dyed polypropylene is ideal for any entrance area where extreme traffic occurs. This tile's unique dirt pocket configuration effectively removes and traps dirt and moisture.

The Dirt Catcher Tile comes with a 7 year wear warranty on flat surfaces and is permanently anti-static.

BERBER TILES BT-220 ENTRANCE MAT

A heavy-duty, 40-oz./sq. yard needlepunch olefin tile that "breathes" so that moisture evaporates quickly. This 3/8" x 19-11/16" x 19-11/16" tile with a bitumen backing will not shrink or curl. The berber texture offers all the advantages of a heavy-duty wiper/ scraper with a custom carpet look.

VINYL BACK COCOA MAT ROAD ROLLERS

Road roller mats are made with fibers from the almost indestructible outer husk of the coconut. These fibers are bonded into a vinyl backing. These vinyl back Road Roller Mats can be installed much easier than woven mats and can be easily cut to fit without the mat unraveling. If small holes are needed for installation, a sharp knife or punch will easily do the job.

Treads are available GSA75-7-1/2", GSA9-9" or GSA11-11" deep; in one or two contrasting colors per tread. Flat pieces, GSA35-3-1/2" or GSA55 5-1/2" deep, can be used for ramps and other non-step applications or as a filler behind the 7-1/2" treads. Select one color for front insert and the same or a different color for back insert from seven standard abrasive colors of black, brown, blue, gray, green, red or yellow. Maximum lenght is 10 foot. STAIR TREAD MOUNTING TAPE

Speeds installation of vinyl stair treads without the mess! Tape is sold in 4" wide rolls of 164 feet.

We recommend two strips of tape per tread. One on the nose and one at the back. As an example for the 36" tread you would need 72" or 6' of tape.

320 CARPET TILE ADHESVIE

A special latex emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive formulated for installation of modular carpet tiles or carpet matting. Adhesive is non-flammable, water resistant and has excellent resistance to vinyl plasticizer migration. Adhesive remains tacky for an extended period - allows tile to be picked up and replaced without affecting adhesive. Remove tiles from floor more easily than with conventional adhesives, simplifying reinstallation of tile sections or a complete area.

The 782 Raised Disc Landing Tile is designed for use with the 780R Stair Treads.   The tiles measure 19-11/16" x 19-11/16".

The GS820R is a low profile raised disc design for lighter traffic.  The tread is 3/16" thick at the nose and tapers to 1/8" at the back.  The nose has a 1-9/16" length.  You have two choices on the Grit Stripping, the Visual Impaired 1-2" wide or 2-3/4" wide grit tape strips.  These treads are easily trimed in the field with a straight edge and utility knife. The nose is not adjustable and is not tapered. They are designed for interior use.

The 220-2520 is the Grit Stripped version of the 7850R Service Weight Smooth Rubber Treads.  The 220 comes with two 3/4" grit strips, the 2520 would be the visually impaired version with one 2" wide strip. The treads are 1/8" thick along the entire depth of the treads, and have a nose that drops down 1-9/16". They are designed for interior use.

The 630D Rubber Outdoor Tread is the only tread we recommend for exterior applications. The tread is only available in black and is ideal for ice rinks, sports arena and high traffic areas.  The tread is 12-1/16" deep with the last 3 inches being smooth for trimming in the field. 

The 7520R is a smooth surface rubber stair tread.   These treads come in Square and Round Nose, this page is for the Round Nose, for Square Nose search 7520R. The treads are 1/8" thick along the entire depth of the treads, and have a nose that drops down 1-9/16".  The 7520R Round Nose is not available with the Grit Stripping. They are designed for interior use.

The 1010R Rubber Stair Tread features a Rib Design, with grooves all along the fall line.   The sqaure nose is not tapered or adjustable.  The nose is 1/8" thick and tapers to 3/32" at the very back. They are designed for interior use.

Improve safety and prevent worn carpet edges on steps; for new or renovation work. Butt 1/4” to 3/8” thick carpet against both the top and bottom lips of butt-type carpet nosing. Standard 8’ lengths; easily cut to size. Install with #400 Neoprene Contact Cement or #300 Water-based Contact Adhesive.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Furnish and install No.140 Koroseal Vinyl Ribbed Carpet Nosing; 3-1/8” deep; 2-1/2” nose depth; square adjusta-nose. Lap 5/16”, 1/4" or 3/8” carpet over lip on both the step and riser. Select from standard colors of black, brown.
