When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. Detex EAX-300 Installation Instructions

Global Complete Standard Door Kit . This door kit includes all you see and the security screws. Also known as 40-8513500. Chrome Plated. This was used up until October 2021.

The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. They are available in 4, 4.5 and 5 inch (leaf height), and are currently available in Stainless and Black finishes.

Package includes 2 hydraulic closer hinges and one dummy, for a standard 3 x 7 foot door, 100 pound door.

Cast Stainless Steel Partition Door Stop

Cast stainless steel construction. The strike and keeper measure 2-1/2" high by 1-7/8" deep by 1/8" thick. The stop has a 3/4" projection and is 9/16' deep with a rubber insert.
