The 8827 Chassis Tie Rod Package is the rod that goes through the top and bottom latches. The Tie Rod is held in place by the Special Chassis Nut. The Tie Rod measures 1-3/8" long by 3/16" diameter.

This turn latch is one of a kind, under the cover plate and under the turn latch you will notice a diamond shape that are male - female. Only buy this if this is what you have exactly. The Global Partitions stainless steel Ada latch knob & cover, with Screw, are a concealed latch that is held together by a screw.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel metal that is then brushed and polished.  The 9G3370 meets ADA compliance codes. The manufacturer part number is 40-8263370. This was used up until October 2021.

Cast stainless steel construction. The latch base is 2-31/32" wide by 1-15/16" high and projects 1-1/8" high. The hole spacing is 1-3/4" wide by 1-1/2" high. This is the Bottom Latch Kit for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted postion.
